One of the oldest gates in all of Morocco, Bab Mansour in Meknes was completed in 1737. This is one of the parts of the gate that I was in utter awe of it's detail and beauty. Today there is an arts and craft gallery through the doors. So cool. Definitely you need to check it out. WORTH. IT. :)

Yup. I could live in this traditional Moroccan guesthouse. This is one of the several common areas that left me in awe. It's like staying in a palace, complete with courtyards, a rooftop overlooking the entire city, incredible staff, the best food we've had in the country and even a swimming pool. #awesome #meknes #morocco #riad #placestostay

Adjacent to parks, midway between train station and medina Meknes. 15 minutes walk to medina and 10 minutes walk to Grand Taxi station to Moulay Idriss. Nice hotel and friendly staff. Swimming pool or medina views are fantastic.

It is near everything. The owner was helpful and pleasant. The TV didn't work properly, I think WiFi signal was strong enough. I highly recommend the apt.

Amazing detail inside the Mausoleum of Moulay Ismail in Meknes which is open to non Muslims. It is closed between 12-3 most days. Try to avoid the tour groups which are especially thick in the afternoons.
