「The property grounds are great, the pool area is really beautiful, and everything is well maintained. The rooms are big with also big balconies and clean and the beds are comfortable. The staff is amazing, a special shoutout to the head of front desk, the Splash bar team and housekeeping. Food could have been better, there is not much variety in the buffets (lunch and dinner), very limited for a 4-star property. Breakfast was nice but not excellent, not what we are used to of Vila Gale group....

「This was the worst property I have ever stayed at, it was on a nicely kept complex grounds were nice however you went downstairs to it there were cockroaches, ants galore the lounge had been separated with a stud wall cutting out all natural light making the lounge so small it felt so claustrophobic with the lights out it was pitch black!! I did complain to the management company there was only 1 wine glass, the toaster only worked on one side, the pillows were so badly stained without any...
