「Overall, this is a stylish hotel with good value for money. You will get everything you need include a comfortable room, public bath and free laundry. Hotel staffs are friendly and energetic, always there to answer your questions. The restaurant is nice and I enjoyed the breakfast a lot. The only downside is that it is like 20 mins walk from the station / port, there are buses but I took the taxi. Another thing is that there is no black out curtain, if you are a light sleeper then you need to...

「When I book the hotel here, I selected for 2 adults and 2 child which was on the reservations info and the booking did give me a big room with four beds. However, when I checked in, hotel said that the price charged was for 2 adults only and I will need to pay extra for the 2 child at the hotel. The price paid was basically 50% extra of what I paid. I find it kind of misleading as if the price was this high finally, I wouldn't have booked this hotel in the first place.」

「Very close to the main stations like JR Takamatsu and Takamatsu Port. The staffs are nice. Also it is close to the convenience store. But the room looks very old. You need to use the key, the metal key but not the key card, to lock/unlock the door manually. The TV is an old LCD TV. Also, I killed two flies/ mosquitoes, or the bugs that can fly, in my room. Maybe they followed me from the rural area, maybe.」

「Rating: 5/5 — Exceptional Outstanding service and staff saved the day! Rah Takamatsu is a fantastic hotel overall. The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and very well-maintained, and the amenities provided everything needed for a relaxing stay. What truly sets this hotel apart, however, is its front desk staff. I experienced a minor panic when I misplaced my passport right at check-in (thankfully, I found it later!). Chapaev-san and Hamamatsu-san were absolute life-savers. They handled...
