"Extremely welcoming and helpful staff. Stayed with two children and no problems, all welcomed and enjoyed stay. Historic building, oozed character everwhere. Restaurant on site - didn't eat there but it smelt amazing. Breakfast offered too. There was a relaxing bar on the roof (inside and outside areas). Also a small pool on roof too, with towels could borrow for pool use. Room was fabulous - very spacious, comfy bed, shower was fabulous. We liked the information about Ghent and places to see as well as the hotel and decor materials that was accessible through the TV. We really enjoyed our stay and thoroughly recommend this hotel."

"A nice welcome from the staff who explained layout parking, EV Charging etc. The free carpark was full so I had to pay €6 to use the indoor one. Breakfast is €20 each but nice, the free water fountain was out of service but bar staff filled bottles for free. Room was nice and clean but why would an architect think it's a good idea to have a clear glass toilet/bathroom? They added a bit of a privacy curtain but the light streams into the room if you make a night visit. The EV Chargers are 50KW outside or 7KW in the paid parking area and around €0.7 per KW, had to download another app!"

"This is the third time I have stayed here. I like the location and while the room is fairly minimal, it suits my needs. Ask for a room that doesn’t look into a blank wall. Also, ask for a room away from children. They were running up and down the corridor early and late which was annoying. The staff and wifi are good. Breakfast is plentiful, though not exciting."

"The Hotel is in an ideal location. Parking is very convenient, but getting into the lift is super tight if you are in an SUV! Staff are extremely friendly and the rooms are a good size. The decor and furniture is a little dated throughout the hotel, but everything is well maintained. Overall - an excellent stay."

"Clean room. More of a business hotel with business clients. Every thing was clean and professional. Breakfast was excellent. Location wise outside Ghent so took the uber which costs 10 euro each way. Parking costs 20 euro per day which is the big bear after spending approx £175 per night averge per night. I guess it’s Ghent so everthing is extra everywhere you want to park."
