"Worst staff in any hotel I’ve ever been to! My door lock broke and they never fixed it so I had to put a newspaper between the lock and the door. I have dogs, when they hear noise from the hallway they have barked as the door is not secure! Back entry doors are always broken. Now I got a message I have been kicked out because my dogs bark when the hear noise. I have heard dogs bark there as dogs bark. Nothing was offensive what do they expect if door is partially open? "

"I picked this place because they had a gym. The gym was offsite and the keycard did not work my first two days there. I won’t be going back. I won’t book through you guys either due to your bait and switch. "

"This was my second stay at the Blue Spruce Inn. It is always clean and well appointed. The staff are kind and professional. The rooms are large and the bed is comfortable. I will be back."
