OK place to stay

We stayed as a family in the middle of August. We had a nice one-bedroom apartment on the first floor with everything we needed. A/C was working fine and we had access to the pool in the nearby hotel, which was nice since the beach was superbusy. Overall a good place, and we had a good time, though it was lacking some charm. The outside impression is not great and the amenities rather simple. A lot of the shelves, handles, etc are placed very high up. They clearly inflate the prices for the August season, I felt it was rather expensive for what we had. In fact I see the September prices are 4x cheaper than August, but that is somewhat to be expected.

Great loc, rock hard beds

Cons first: I forgot that the check in was at a different location to start and we never saw the teeny tiny writing on the gate that said "reception at Hotel Belvedere" not something like "Check in is at Hotel Belvedere" in large writing but we found this helpful gentleman at the property that told us to go across the street to check in so we did. They have you go to this super nice property to check in while the outside of Ai Pini looks super drabby. The we had 2 beds and the one in the bedroom was like a rock and the sofa bed was incredibly lopsided. The shower handle kept falling off in the shower and the water temps fluctuate whenever someone else turns on a faucet. Pro's: there's a handy kitchenette that is stocked with dishes and pots and pans so you can cook in your room, they provide a broom and dustpan along with a drying rack for clothes so you can set your swimwear outside on the large balcony for drying and they have AC in the bedroom and main living area. Another pro was that it was less than a 5 min walk to the beach🙂

Good place for a family with children

It’s a villa in a private compound . There‘s a little confusion to find the reception. There is no reception on site. Guest need a key to open the gate. There should be an instruction to guest that they need to check in at Park Hotel.

Con la mia famiglia abbiamo trascorso una settimana in questo resort e ci siamo trovati molto bene. Ottimo il fatto di alloggiare al pian terra, e proprio davanti ai giochetti dei bambini... grandissimi spazi per giocare, o per prendere il sole... comoda la vicinanza al mare... non sempre facilissimo comunicare ma ci si è capiti comunque! Se fosse possibile ci tornerei...

Great price, good working A/C and internet. You won’t have an ocean view if that’s what you’re looking for but it’s an easy 2-5 minute walk to it. The water is shallow and warm in a lot of areas if you have little kids.

Immer wieder gerne

Wir haben schon sehr oft im Ai Pini Resort in Medulin unseren Urlaub verbracht. Früher mit unseren Söhnen, dieses Jahr als Paar. Wir schätzen vor allem das klare Wasser am Kieselstrand. Zum Meer geht man 4 Minuten. Die Wohnung ist einfach, aber praktisch ausgestattet. Die Betten im Schlafzimmer sind gut. Nur die Couch im Wohnzimmer ist weder als Sitzgelegenheit noch als zusätzliche Schlafmöglichkeit bequem. Mehrere deutsche TV-Sender können empfangen werden. Auf der großen Terrasse sind Gartenmöbel und genügend Platz für das Wäschegestell. Die Anlage mit nur ca. 30 Einheiten ist in einem großen Park. Es gibt einen Spielplatz. Wlan je nach Entfernung vom Hotspot und der Benutzeranzahl manchmal langsam. Wir kommen sicher wieder.

Pace e tranquillità!

Appartamentino spazioso, soggiorno discretamente arredato (televisore un po' datato) e comodo divano letto, zona cucina attrezzata col necessario (cappa di aspirazione e luce non funzionante), camera da letto confortevole con piccolo armadio a muro, bagno piccolo con doccia e senza bidè, grande terrazzo con tavolino e sedie. Cambio asciugamani e lenzuola dopo tre giorni. Pulizie non impeccabili! Possibilità di usare i servizi (piscina e animazione) dell'albergo Holiday.

Bra och trevligt ställe. Nära till stranden och staden. Sängarna är för hårda och går knappt att sova i. Dålig sömn påverkar allt i min bedömning av denna plats. Städningen kunde varit bättre!

La Croazia in generale è stata un esperienza abbastanza positiva per me mia moglie ed i nostri due ragazzini. Bei posti e persone gentili. La piccola Medulin non ci ha entusiasmato ed in particolare i ristoratori nella "passeggiata vicino al mare" sono troppo insistenti. La nota più negativa purtroppo la devo dare ai "pini resort" per mancata assistenza del personale. Nessuno è mai venuto a cambiare un telo o portare la carta igienica nei primi 5 giorni (per gli ultimi due ci hanno cambiato i teli, i letti e dato 2 rotoli oltre ai 2 iniziali) ma soprattutto alla fine quando siamo andati a pagare ci hanno addebitato un prezzo più alto rispetto al pattuito come da prenotazione su hotels.com. Nulla è valso il far leggere l'email ricevuta da hotels.com. Sconsiglio vivamente "i pini" perché inadempienti alle clausole contrattuali di soggiorno. Ciao
