"The property was wonderful. Perfect quiet location with easy access to beach, local village and and 10 minutes car journey to pick up ferrys. Loved the modern and well designed apartment, very clean and the staff could not do enough to help us. Will definately return. Affinity pool was an added and welcome extra."

We had a 2 bedroom lake view apartment which was very comfortable, had all amenities we needed and a stunning view of the lake. "Incredibly friendly staff, especially Naomi was very helpful and cheerful. The room spacious and clean, and to me a very comfortable bed, the bathroom is large and clean, though for the size the shower could have been a little bigger, the balcony had a lovely view over the garden and across the lake. Great space to sit and relax. Nice kitchenette if you do wish to cook. The bar has a great view. Again with frendily staff. Swimming pool area available and some pleasant relax areas. Good value...

"It seemed quite affordable at first but after you add in all the charges for towels, linens, toilet paper, room cleaning, etc. you are better off paying more for a different hotel. This camping ground is unlike any other camping ground that we have stayed at, this one makes you pay for everything. Even the on site market was quite pricey. Location was good for our theme park outing but they are plenty other hotels to at near by. "

Accommodation states that rooms have air conditioning, this is not the case, they have a plug in fan which is in no way sufficient during 34 deg C heat, very uncomfortable sleeping conditions. Arrived to be told that keys need to be collected from office in Bardolino (several KMs away) due to Covid, this was not communicated in advance, luckily we had a hire car others did not. "The hotel was beautiful and had a contemporary feel. The food at the restaurant was excellent. We had to leave at 5am due to an early flight. The gentleman at the desk in the morning, was very accommodating, and offered us coffee. They also provided us with a breakfast snack bag, to take with us, since we were too early for the complimentary breakfast. I would highly recommend, we only were there at the hotel for 12 hrs. The hotel would be our first choice, if we were in Verona in the future."
