"We loved everything about Hyatt Regency from the wonderful staff who helped us take our broken luggage to our room (because of British Airways breaking our bags), to the lovely front desk people everyone there was so friendly and helpful i cant wait to see them again!"

"Such a cute hotel! The front desk staff were very friendly. The breakfast was very good with lots of options. The rooms were spacious (I believe they upgraded our original room reservation when we checked in), clean and nicely decorated. My only complaint is the layout of the hotel can be sort of a maze and we found it difficult to find our room initially. I would definitely stay here again."

"Convenient and comfortable. The breakfast buffet is totally worth the price! You won't be immersed in Spanish culture but there is a free airport shuttle and everyone speaks English so logistics are easy if you aren't bilingual."

"Great hotel with nice staff. Only thing is they don’t disclose on the booking page that the spa area costs extra. It’s 45 Euro for a 90 minute session. It is a very nice spa area but would be nice to know before booking the extra cost."

"We stayed at this hotel on our last night of our recent trip to Portugal. We had wanted to stay at a place close to the airport as we had to be there early for our flight home. We entered the inviting lobby to be greeted by friendly staff. We were easily assisted and checked in. The room we stayed in was a large well lit area. It had a balcony and patio, though we didn’t use it, was a nice surprise. The Bathroom was roomy, had lots of large soft bath sheets and had bath! This had been uncommon on our recent travels. This was a welcome appreciated relaxing option prior to a long travel home. I will say we chose a hotel chain we were familiar with as we had certain expectations usually included in previous stays. We were hopeful that if time permitted we would have breakfast in the morning of our departure. The breakfast was NOT included in the price of our stay though it was available in the area off of the sitting/gathering area. The price we had paid, we felt should have included the breakfast available in the hotel. The cost was high and with four travellers though it would have been very convenient, we opted to Not eat at the hotel before leaving for the airport the morning of our departure."
