"I travel a fair amount. As a result, I stay in a lot of hotels. This hotel is a three star at best when it comes to the room (at least the room I was given). The only saving grace was the breakfast buffet. As for the room, it had a slight unpleasant smell to it, the safe did not work; looking at it you could tell someone had tampered with it, almost all the walls were marked, and the floor was concrete with some sort of cheap carpet over it making walking in the room unpleasant. Without the views from the upper floors and the breakfast buffet, this is a three star experience with fancy door men."

"The hotel has a great location for transportation (walking distance to Termini) and sight seeing. The staff is very friendly. The rooms are clean but small. The breakfast is not worth the $20 euros they charge."

"The room was modern and comfortable. 24hr room service was excellent, fast and affordable. Perfect for jet lagged appetites first day/ night. The restaurants are all excellent. The lobby coffee shop was excellent. The concierge staff ( Valerie) was excellent and helpful. Overall, a great place for overseas visitors. Location is good and property is well run. The gym was okay ( could use more ventilation) !"

"We enjoyed our one night stay before we flew out of Rome airport. We did not use any of the facilities other than the restaurant for dinner and then for breakfast. Everything was perfect. Staff were wonderful. I just wish people would stop slamming their doors at 5:30 in the morning. It’s always one reason I hate staying in a hotel ….. so many inconsiderate people. Otherwise it’s a great stay and so close to the airport. The shuttle bus was free and efficient."

"These was one of the nicest hotels we ever stayed at. Everything was perfect. We just got engaged and this was our last spot before heading home to Toronto. We were upgraded and when we went out for a bit and came back, they had left a bottle of bubbles, some chocolate cake, and the sweetest note from their rust relations team. The rooms and hotel are just stunning. Highly recommended. Little far from where all the touristy spots are but super quick and easy to get uber or bolt. We didn’t realize there was a complimentary shuttle that can take you there though so also super helpful! Restaurants are super expensive in there but we did eat at Soul and it was delish! There is also a Lidl grocery close by for snacks or booze - super convenient!!"
