"Some residents have “Hostal No” signs on their balconies opposing the tourist accommodations. The dispute concerning the use and alteration of common areas led to litigation between the homeowners’ association and the lodging/property operator, including court rulings in 2023 and 2024. The signs were still present during our August 2026 stay, although this did not cause us any problems. Otherwise the room and the location were perfect for us."

"In that particular apartment it was basically the ultimate stay. Basically a house with the cathedral in front. Unreal. Night view were SICKKKKKK. Wonderful"
