「The stay was great. The people around there are super friendly. There are some bars right across the street and even restaurants within a 2 min walk. Our apartment had roof access and it made the stay even better than it already was. There is also a 24 hour gas station that’s only a 5 min walk away. Tourist areas are very close by and the Ubers are only around $4. Not the best if you want beach vacation as it is an uber away. Overall great experience and would definitely recommend.」

「I liked that the place was convenient to freeways. It was quaint and clean. Visible repairs needed to the walls and ceilings. There were no face cloths and they said they don't provide them. The parking was TERRIBLE. You take a ticket to get in the gate and have to go inside the hospital nearby to pay. Parking was $25 per night. There is a structure nearby that is $6.65 per night but it's a walk and if you have luggage or groceries or elderly/disabled person like I did on this trip, it's not...

「The host was very communicative and quick to respond. The apartment is right in the heart of Viejo San Juan with everything walking distance. The inside was clean and nicely decorated and the view from the third floor balcony was stunning!」

「Very disappointed nothing like the picture and we have to pay everyday for parking 20 or more day. Plus walk to a specific area to pay the parking.」

「The water pressure for showering was lousy and the water was cold. The washer did not work properly neither did the stove. There were coffee pods but no Keurig. One of the amenities was parking but once there the business owners tell you you’re not allowed to park in the designated parking spot. There is a nightclub 2 doors down that stays open until 1am Monday through Thursday and 2am Friday and Saturday so if you have small children that need to sleep this is not the place.
