Place was big and roomy and cozy Had a fireplace but didn’t use it. The area is under a burn ban at the moment so we wasn’t able to use firepit at nights walking distance to water hole to soak your feet for the time being Leakey about a 10min drive or so. "Great little family get away for a few adult siblings and spouses. Thomas was very accommodating when we needed something. Nice place to sit outside and there was hiking close by. We also got to watch the eclipse and the owners provided viewing glasses which was an added bonus. "

"This facility is so much bigger than I expected. The cabin we stayed in is not new by any means and they have newer and bigger ones but for what we paid it was an exceptional deal. If you have an RV or motor home I think it would be great for a weeks stay or longer. It was cool watching the deer at sunrise and sunset. Beautiful country for motorcycle riding."

"Loved our cabin and the privacy. We had lots of space and enjoyed watching the river and its clear water. The town was quaint and e enjoyed visiting our friends in the area. There are deer, jackrabbits and turkeys roaming wild all over. It was a treat to say the least! We enjoyed the Lost Maples Cafe and the Lunchbox inside the General Store"
