「Rooms were clean, sparsely furnished but adequate for a short stay. The air conditioning worked fine. The bathroom was very nice. Breakfast was good. The location was excellent. The staff were very helpful. I will stay here again. 」

El establecimiento no tiene acceso a la terraza o áreas comunes que se muestran en la descripción del anuncio en la plataforma. Podrían mejorar la secadora de pelo, se recalienta a cada rato y no puedes secarte bien el cabello. No hay recepción en el edificio.」

「The atmosphere was great thanks to the events organized by the hostel. The hostel is large, clean with several spaces to relax. The beds were comfortable and clean. There are lots of bathrooms which is great. The kitchens could use a few more utensils.」

「We loved the location of the hotel and the reception and housekeeping staff were so pleasant. The restaurant staff were a little slow to take orders and bring drinks. Room was so spacious and clean . 」

「If you are coming to Santiago you MUST stay here! The area is the best in Santiago - we felt so safe and there were so many walkable options for food and drink around. The hotel was spotlessly clean. Breakfast in the morning was fantastic - it is offered in the cafe just under the hotel. The guys on reception, Francis and Nicholas, are amazing. So kind, patient and go above and beyond. There is no lift in the hotel but they assisted us with luggage up and down. I couldn’t recommend this hotel...

「El desayuno es bueno pero la variedad es la misma todos los días. Si es posible, espero hacer más cambios. El personal de servicio tiene una excelente actitud y hará todo lo posible para ayudar a los pasajeros a resolver los problemas. Si llega temprano o necesita salir temprano, puede esperar en el lobby (no hay espacio de almacenamiento). La habitación está limpia en general. En general, es un hotel bastante bueno.」
