The property was very nice outside with the planters and everything outside was very clean and nice. The only problem was the floors in the room were not very clean. My wife was walking around in her socks and the bottoms of her white socks were black from the floors. Did not impress her.

Covered parking with lots of real flower baskets in the parking lot, a good-sized room with two mirrors and a desk, nice lamps with two electrical and two USB outlets, a microwave & small refrigerator, and a tiled spacious sink and counter area and a separate room with a toilet, and a bathtub in a nicely-tiled enclosure.

This is like an old fashioned motel from a past era, where you can park right in front of your door, no stairs or elevators, and the parking is even covered. It was very clean, quiet, bed was comfortable. If ever in the Medford area, we would definitely stay here again! Another comment: I read a review from a previous client which criticized the unfriendliness of the “check in” person. When we were checking in, the person was efficient and thorough, but not OVERLY friendly, but I assumed it was just her personality - some people are not “visiting like people”. I smiled, made a positive comment, asked a question - again with a smile - and she was very responsive, smiling back, giving me the information I was inquiring about - she was great! Sometimes all it takes is a positive reaction to someone. Again, we would definitely stay there again. And the price was fantastic!

This is an economy stay that provides a very fair value. My mom lives in town, and we stay here almost every time we come to visit. It's not perfect, but I'm not paying for perfection. Decent bed, central location, and very clean. No complaints at all. I recommend.

Nice room, very clean, relatively quiet compared to most motels. Staff was extremely polite and helpful, and our late check-in (1130pm) was a breeze.
