"The room was super cheap so that was a plus. When we checked in we went to set out stuff down and there was makeup stains on the first blanket and hairs in between the main blanket and the sheet. Our pillows had a faint yellow stain on them. When we fully pulled back the covers to get into bed there was an old blood stain on the blanket. "I love that the hotel was new and clean and so conveniently located right off the freeway. Having worked in Hospitality before it is a big deal to keep guests away from noise. My only --but also a very big complaint --is that I was put into room 113 on what appeared to be not a very full occupancy night. I know that I could easily have been put in a different room but the constant closing and slamming of the doors nearby which I'm guessing were part of the staff laundry rooms, woke me up early in the morning and kept me from being able to go back to sleep. I was also hearing them later in the evening when I was trying to get settled. I had asked at check-in if my room was near an elevator which I was told it was not. In hindsight I almost would have preferred that. I recommend never putting anyone in the couple of rooms closest to that laundry room unless you are completely sold out. I would keep people as far away because of how frequent the doors are closing, and quite honestly they're slamming."

"What a wonderful B&B. Gloria was such a wonderful hostess. We enjoyed our conversations. The area was nice to walk around. The home was beautiful and the breakfast was delicious both in taste and presentation. Room was very comfortable and cozy. Much thanks to Gloria and Cecil. Look forward to next time we visit."

"I needed a place for a stop over. When I pulled into the parking lot I was nervous. It looked a little scary. I got checked in from a very nice gentleman. FYI: check inn closes at 10:00. We entered our room and was surprised how nice and clean the room was. Everything look Modern and refurbished with a full compliment of TV channels. Very nice for the price."

"Do not stay here. Worst hotel ever. First they put us in a room that was at the end of a long hall. The very last room in the hallway. My husband is 92 and uses a cane. One look at him and anyone would realize he has mobility problems so why would they put us that far out? Single pane windows in every room with a busy street and freeway right next to our room. It constantly sounded like a freight train going by. So I walk all the way back to the desk and request another room, but this time I go up to check it out before I commit to it. I swear, there were 5 inch indentations in the mattress where people have slept. So back to the desk and tell them that room is unacceptable. After a big discussion with the manager in the back office they ask if we will accept a room with a jacuzzi, which really doesn’t fix the noise or bed issues. Needless to say I demanded my money back but being that I booked on Hotels.com they said I would have to contact them so we just left and are out the cost of the room. I am one very unhappy customer."

"We flew in Medford and stayed here for one night in transit to redwoods. The bed was very comfortable and breakfast was great with scramble eggs and sausage, waffle maker… The staff members are also great, very friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay."
