"One of the best hotels I’ve stayed in. The staff especially front desk, was exceptional. A young man helped me throughout my stay with information that proved so helpful. Personally checked on me and made sure I mean there was a wonderful breakfast buffet and restaurant. Room was exceptionally clean and beautifully decorated. Very comfortable was lovely. Everything was very new. Exceptional breakfast. There were so many things to select and everything was fresh and delicious. It was very luxurious. For dinner, the food was amazing and they gave me a beautiful basket of bread and homemade dips and spreads. Exceptional stay"

"I had a late night check in and when I woke up, the hallway was wet due to an AC malfunction. The staff immediately took care of it and moved me to another room. To compensate for the inconvenience, I was offered a complimentary massage. Everyone was incredibly kind and helpful. The rooms are gorgeous, the breakfast was delicious, and the spa was relaxing. The gift shop is also really cute. I loved it so much, I extended my stay for one more night. I hope to come back again with my family. Thank you!"

"The location is ideal if you want to be right in the Medina market area and close by all of the sites and attractions. The building and the rooms are gorgeous and you do feel like you've gone back in time but the rooms are modern to today. The staff were very friendly and helpful to make recommendations for nearby restaurants and shops. The breakfast was served for you personally each morning, a big thank you Muhammad Ali (not the boxer) and Asma for the kind and delicious start to each day. I took one of the "tours" that the hotel offers, it was more so a driver to get you to the destination than a tour in every sense of the word but still very helpful and a great experience. Overall I was very satisfied with my stay and would recommend the Palais for anyone that wants an authentic and historic stay in Tunis."

"The hotel was in a great location which made exploring Tunis easy. I appreciated that it is a historical hotel that was a British embassy for over 350 years. The decore is unique Neo Moorish. The staff were helpful and my room was clean and comfortable."
