Nice place, very convenient to all the activities in Provenza. Comfortable but without any windows this is not a family venue. Good for couples or friends looking for and economical crash pad in Poblado

Poblado visit

First off, location was amazing. That being said you are in the heart of poblado which makes it almost impossible to get any sleep with all the noise and the party animals. Second issue was the rooms, booked 2 identical rooms and one of them was not available. Ended up setting for a much smaller room without a balcony and right next to the top terrace where you can hear plenty of people arguing and such. This place is better suited for those looking to enjoy the nightlife and have it just a few feet away.

One of the staff who checked me in that day was so rude. Skipped and ignored to check someone that speak espanol. I fell so disrespect. I wished I knew his name. After the place is good. Just have to ask for everything.
