Property was great and I slep like a baby after being at another hotel in the same area. Noise was at the Minimun, compared to my earlies hotel, where it was pary allmost all days till 04:00am.
The bad what I really experienced was the Service at the Hotels Restaurant. I came in late the 1st day at allmiost 19:00 hours. Upon checing in and wanting to eat some, I went to the Restuarant. Boy, It was quite bad of service.
I waited like 30 minutes before me and my girlfriend was asked if We wanted something. Eventhough that I already scanned the QR code and was ready to order.
After this, the food and drinks took again like 20 minutes to be served at our table. No one came back to ask if all wask OKI or not, not even bothering if We needed something else or not. After we finished earing and drinkin, We had to personnally go to the cashier, so we could pay our bill.
Food was also not that good. I asked for a "frutti di mare linguine" which suppoose was with Shrimps, but there none to be seen in my plate. Also the pasta was still hard as of it wasn't cook that well.
Coming from a small Island living from Tourism and seeing this, I was really embarred for this.
Please Update Your service in the Restuaranto. You have a great Hotel, but you need to Fix this ASAP.
