Staff was awesome..just one staff member female night shift was very unpolite doesn't greet goodmorning or goodnight not a smile when you try to make a conversación nothing very rude and a unlikley face. The rest of staff was very friendly and open.

Nice Simple Clean. 100 restaurants winthin 7 minutes of walking. Nothing fancy, No A/C in rooms. Only fans. Medellin is cool at nights anyway. I like it. Enjoy !

The hotel is good but there is a person at reception who is rude, the rooms above you can hear the noise of pigeons which is not good and there is a room next to the laundry room that is very noisy.

Not my first choice and wont be back

This hotel is managed jointly with the laureles plaza hotel next door. I have stayed in both. The staff here are great but this hotel is no better than a basic truck stop hotel. Not worth the price at all. The Laureles Plaza, while not fancy, is far more comfortable and I will go back to that obe

Limpio, bien ubicado, el Desayuno muy rico. Algunos de los empleados con muy mala actitud. Y el Cuarto en donde nos quedamos se escuchaba mucho ruido.

Fue una buena elección, esta en una buena zona, cerca de restaurantes y a cuadras de la 70, sus recepcionistas muy amables y te apoyan en lo que solicites, el desayuno ( que incluye al rentar la habitación) aunque no tiene mucha variadad es bueno, en calidad y sabor. En cuanto a limpieza es buena. Si volviera definitivamente me hospedaria ahí nuevamente.

EXCELENTE LUGAR PARA HOSPEDARSE, BUENA UBICACIÓN,

La experiencia es buena, el desayuno es perfecto, hay variedad. Todos los días hay aseo en la habitación y cambio de sábanas y toallas en el momento correcto. El personal de recepción es muy atento y ayuda con guiar o promover el turismo en la ciudad.

A great hotel

It is a very nice hotel. The room was a good size, very clean and in great shape. A little spartan but very comfortable. Bathroom and shower were excellent. The staff was very professional and friendly. Had a problem with the bill but management resolved the issue quickly. The area is also really nice. Lots of restaurants and shopping within walking distance. Overall, this is a great little budget hotel. I would highly recommend it.
