Everyone was super nice and welcoming. Our flight left late afternoon but they were able to hold our baggage, which is always a plus. There are several restaurants within walking distance.

Great area, quite, clean, 24 hours front desk. Nice staff always willing to help, good WiFi for remote work, and there is a nice restaurant onsite. Breakfast buffet is perfect.

It was very very basic. Not a bad hotel but nothing cute about it. It is definitely misplaced as it’s located in one of the higher end areas of medellin. In that aspect, it’s a great value for the area but otherwise it’s equivalent to what a $35 a night hotel looks like in Laureles

Booked for 6 days, checked out the next day for a different hotel. The property is way overcharged for what is delivered. Not taking anything away from the helpful staff (only bright side), the property has very small rooms and in a shabby state. I checked out in 1 day, though I booked a non-refundable for 6 days.

I had dinner and they charged me four times the price, as soon as I realized about it I asked for a refund and they promised they will do it, but in the end I never got my money back. Also I had over a 100$ in my luggage and suddenly it disappeared. I would not recommend this hotel, and it was too noisy.

EXCELENTE 👌 Estuve hospedada del 20 al 29 de julio 2025. El hotel esta bien ubicado cerca de provensa pero a la misma vez en lugar donde puedes dormir tranquilo sin ruidos excesivos. Las facilidades muy limpias y el personal muy amable. Sin suda lo recomiendo 👌
