The staff was great treated us like family. Next time I travel to Medellin I will stay in this place again and recomend to other travelers. The hotel is in the nice area for dining and shopping and near the metro station.

property was in back conditions, our room was with no window in the bathroom, wall next to the bathroom sink with a big hole, spiders coming from open wall, the portable fan was noisy no AC, ceiling with patches, floor was dirty, bed covers all dirty, we had to go a different hotel.

The hotel is in a quite safety area and near to the Hotspots at Meddelin. You walk less than 10min to the Metro Station. The rooms are ok but our room has a very small bath. When you compare it to the price it is on a good level.

Bargain hotel , noisy street , hard beds , no safe for valuables , no furniture except for 3 beds and 1 night table , bathroom is tiny , had to ask for fresh towels and linen , staff was helpful and friendly , but you get what you pay for .

La compañía ke remodeló esa habitación #401 o no sabían lo ke hacían o no les importo cómo kedo. Y el ke pagó por el remodelaje no la inspeccionó o no sabe nada de hotel. Cómo se le ocurre poner un armario de colgar ropa y tapar, obstruir dónde se enciende la luz del cuarto, increíble. Si te miras en el espejo del baño, no te ves porque la luz está mal situada. El cuarto necesita un espejo de pared. Y el wifi la señal es pésima. Todo el personal fué muy profesional y cordial. Espero ke cuando me hospeda en ese hotel cuarto #401 será arreglado o si no, estos comentarios serán una perdida de tiempo y al hotel no les importa los comentarios para mejorar la retención del los huéspedes.

Buen ambiente, amabilidad y buen servicio, pero la habitación muy pequeña, falta un ventilador más grande, un buen mantenimiento al cielo raso del baño y de la puerta de la habitación. Por otro lado otros huéspedes hacen ruido a altas horas de la noche.

My place in Medellin 😉
It was so good i cancled my reservation at a name brand hotel and stayed five nights insted of three, at half the cost of Balcones was a steal. Location close to two huge supermarket a subway stop and tons of places to eat , quiet feels safe and next to a park . Clean the entire place is been renovated room where the perfect size a small wall closet to hang one clothes and more shelves for storage than anyone could use , a large window that opens on to a internal atrium.
