Great customer service, the hotel is under construction at this time, but the hours are 9am-5pm so it doesn't interfere with sleep. It is right in the Provenza passage to all the clubs and restaurants.

The staff is amazing, Andres is very customer service-oriented and goes beyond. The hotel is well located, but it could be noisy because it is in the heart of the restaurants and bars area.

pleasant surprise with good price, good desk staff, small patio off room, several free offerings from minibar, fantastic location in heart of Provenza, surprisingly quiet (7th floor), adequate free breakfast. Room was small but very good value for the price.

This will be a LOVE it or HATE it property. I've stayed here several times and i love it. It's literally located at the end of Provenza. On the actual street .. best location in El Poblado only if you don't mind the noise because the bars and clubs are outside of you window. Imagine a hotel on Bourbon Street or 42nd St NYC!! Great if you come to party, not so much if you come to relax
