The rooms are apartments with either 1 or 2 bedrooms. The bedroom and bathrooms are not huge but a good size. The main bsthroom connects to a generous walk-in closet with a laptop safe. The second bathroom has a shower, too. The kitchen is a good size, as are the living room and dining room and terrace balcony. Well furnished and supplied with a mini gym that has weights and weight devices. Also has a whirlpool. dry and wet sauna, and ootdoor pool. The buffet breakfast is good, improved from last year. Housekeeping is good. The outside laundry they use is expensive but very good. The onsite restaurant food and the bar are very good.!

we had a really good tiem in the property, the Staff at the bar and restaurant were excellent.. Erika, Estefania, Christian, Sindy and Milena were so attentive and friendly! the only thing we would have love is if the pool was open until late, since we came from touristing the city and wanted to relax at a later time, but the pool was open only until 5 and the jacuzzi until 7.. other than that thumbs up!

Excellent property, plenty of space and in very good condition, walking closet, full kitchen, etc. Only 1 constructive feedback, breakfast buffet is until 10:00AM, but at 9am items start to fall short and they are not replenish because the buffet is about to end. This should be easy to fix. I was not greeted as an EXPEDIA VIP nor I was offer any perk for it.

My room was actually a gorgeous, modern 2 bedroom suite. I can see why this property is so highly rated there is nothing negative to say. It’s clean and quiet, the breakfast is good, the location is close to many malls and attractions. The only thing I would mention is that it’s not in the Poblado area of Medellin where all the restaurants and nightlife are, but it’s in an excellent quiet neighborhood.

The property is new and well appointed. The breakfast included was also first class. My issue comes with the property's management decision to antagonize guests in the enforcement of their mask policy. My understanding is that masks are helpful(?) when social distancing is not possible. Too many times I and my family (that shared the same room) would be walking by ourselves in an empty hallway and particular members of the staff would berate us from behind a plexiglass shield for not having our masks on. A little common sense and a desire to treat guests as customers and not as children being chaperoned or policed would go a long way here. For this treatment we will unfortunately not be returning to this property. There are too many other exquisite properties in Medellin that value customers and their business to subject yourself to this type of treatment.

It was way more than I expected. The hospitality, awesome. Place was very convenient, next to a great mall and a supermarket. It’s an apartment with great amenities. The cleaning service was awesome. Had a new state of the art washing machine. Balcony with beautiful Mountain View’s. I don’t eat pork so was a little down on lack of other meat options, but the service was great. Fruit, pastries and everything was good. Gym, sauna, steam room , jacuzzi wonderful. Didn’t get a chance to enjoy the pool because you had to book a reservation and going to the pool is spontaneous, so that was what I missed out on experiencing. I would definitely stay there again. It’s places in America that would have been atleast double the price with 20% of the satisfaction. Actually the biggest disappointment was hotels.com dangling 20% off spa treatment because I’m a “gold member” and when I called to redeem I pretty much was told by a Hotels.com representative they don’t know how to help with it. I paid full price and she was happy and satisfied so thank you again estelar!!!

If you are ever traveling to Medellin, you should definitely consider a stay at Estelar La Torre Suites. Alexandra, at the front desk, is both helpful and friendly. Whatever you need, she is there to assist with a smile. All hotels should have someone like Alexandra greeting guests at the front desk! The suite that we stayed in was more like an apartment. Our suite had a full kitchen, combination washer and dryer, and an extra large balcony. All of the staff at this hotel go above and beyond to assist you. The location is great, being just a few minutes from El Tesoro Shopping Park, and many other stores and restaurants. This was my second stay at Estelar La Torre Suites, but it won't be my last. I will be sure to continue staying with them during each of my visits to Medellin.
