Internet was in & out, not the best. host was not communicating initially and I had to wait in the lobby for an hour to check in after check in hours upon arrival. Towels are very hard, lack of toilet paper. Close to Provenza and very big hills if you like to walk. I personally would not stay again.

La ubicación del apartamento es buena auque bastante lejos de la estacion de metro. Nos ofrecieron un apartamento de 3 cuartos y no lo recibimos, uno de nuestros acompañantes tubo que dormir en un sofá cama incomodo y tras de eso no habian cortinas ni persianas para las ventanas, haciendo incomodo dormir en la sala. El baño no tiene extractor de olores entonces cuando se utiliza todooo el apartamento huele por mas que se tenga las ventanas abiertas. Alquilaron con un monto para 5 perosnas cuando no habia ni siquiera toallas para 5 ni ropa de cama para el sofa. Se le tuvo que pedir al portero que nos ayudara con lo que faltaba. La luz de uno de los cuartos no servía, la lámpara que estaba en el cuarto tampoco alumbra mucho, fue necesario encender la luz del baño para medio alumbrarse. No hay señal de cable, tampoco pudimos utilizar las plataformas de streaming porque nada funciona. Si se pone algo en un cuarto se cambia en el otro televisor, la tv de la sala está de adorno porqur nunca sirvió para nada. Para 5 personas 1 semana alquilando y únicamente 2 rollos de papel higiénico en ambos baños.

Todo estaba bien sólo que las regaderas no tenían la parte donde sale el agua y eso hacía q se llenara el shower rápido por la presión del agua y no hay aire acondicionado los ventiladores no son suficiente

Cons: Bait & Switch. Shows really nice apartment online but room I received was very old and outdated. Missing shower head in one of the showers. No AC and one fan was good, other barely had any power. Beds were not very comfortable. Pros: Staff was extremely nice, especially evening Security Officer. Great Location and Good Wifi. Kitchen was a nice and convenient amenity to have.

First of all the property need completely cleaned and inspected idk from where to start about how disappointed about my stay Cleaning • The apt has ANT all over in the 3 rooms , the kitchen and few on the beds too •the beds sheets looks like never been washed •bath shower head is broke , there’s no any Caddy Organizer Shelves so need use one hand to hold the shampoo and shower the second hand •Tv just for a design not work try to connected to the internet need try million time and after get connected less than 3 min be disconnected again so don’t waste your time and play songs on your device •Laundary washer broke also doesn’t wash only fill up water and grain out so find Laundary near by or bring extra cloth •safety it’s very safety to the point the balcony doesn’t lock broke also so there’s no safety it’s unlock •host wise not response until day or two after •NO AC only 4 small fans wasn’t enough for one room •the apartment looks big different than pics they post •Hot water not available after 2 person shower need wait for an hour to next person shower •no enough towers 4 person for 1 week they left us only 4 towers and no dryer so we washed and dry it for next day Contact the host and request pics Did send video and pics to the host of the ant and the broking item and no response after that If thinking of booking this property good luck to deal with all that!

When we got in to unit. The initial walk through was good. Clean with a good view out of both bedroom windows, but was very hot. Closed all 3 blinds to block out sun. Checked around no a/c. Just 2 oscillating fans in the bedrooms. Online pictures of place a little misleading. And apparently, only specific units actually have a/c. After getting settled in. Leave to go eat. Come back relax. Get up to take a hot shower. Only to be blasted with cold water 2min. in. Make a call and waste time waiting around for maintenance the next day. They come in, diagnose, says it's the batteries and they will return. A different maintenance guy finally returns. Waste maybe 2 hours sitting around because it's not the batteries. Shows me there's hot water. I leave for the day. Come back to shower. A minute or 2 in, no hot water. Now again I'm jumping in and out of cold water trying to shower. Make call again. Maintenance will be out at a specific time. Time comes. No update. Call owner again. Only to be told maintenance has to deal with another issue elsewhere. Have owner notice that i has plans and couldn't wait any longer. Got a response i could leave key for maintenance come fix hot water again. Come back to the same issue. Regardless to say i was very upset. After giving multiple opportunities to permanently fix issue that went on my entire stay. Go back and forth with owner to compensate for my inconvenience. ONLY TO BE INSULTED AS IF I DON'T KNOW HOT TO OPERATE A SHOWER.

I was told via WhatsApp after check in time, and while I was still on my flight to Medellin that their was a pipe issue from the upstair condo’s bathroom and sent me a picture that displayed the ceiling crack very minimal and I figure that was ok. When we got to hotel at 10:15pm at night and went in bathroom it was way worse than what they had relayed to me. It was too late to be looking for a place to stay that night and figured I would deal with one bathroom at least to shower. The next morning the toilet was also not working and they had no customer back line except to wait until 9am

Muy bien ubicada, podrian mejorar algunos detalles (mejor cierre de las ventanas, puerta, mas bolsas para la basura, papel para la cocina). Se escucha un poco el ruido de algunos bares cerca, pero esa zona de Medellin es toda bastante ruidosa.

The property was in a great neighborhood. You could walk to Provenza where all the fun is and lots of restaurants options available. The only thing that we did not like were the beds they so hard and the pillows super thin. They were not confortable at all after a whole day walking and tired I would have loved a good bed but it was not the case. There is only one air conditioner unit in the main room. The water pressure was amazing and there was hot and cold water at all times. It was very safe area and there was a cutodial at all times of day and night. My only complain is the bed and not having air conditioner central. There is a bit of noise at night but it was not bother to us. Everything else was good.
