The property was in the main center of El poblado. All the staff were super nice and polite. They helped book transportation and private tours and gave us other recommendations.shout out Ronal who was so amazing to our group of 9!

Great Staff! Karen reached out via Whats App and continuously checked on us throughout the trip- and gave us some good food recommendations. There was also a nice young man at the front desk who was very helpful. Our room was very pretty, albeit rather narrow but the bed was comfortable and the room was stylish and cleaned daily. We had an issue with our AC making a rumbly noise every night and the staff said they would address it- they did during our stay but then the noise returned. I'm a heavy sleeper, my husband is a light sleeper and it bothered him more than me. Great rooftop. Nice location. Great little coffee spot a block and a half down and within walking distance of a lot of restaurants and the meeting point for most excursions. Great pricepoint and would definitely stay there again.
