「Our stay at Te Dalu was exceptional. We loved that the hotel was located a little outside of Ella proper, which allowed for connection with the beautiful environment and scenery while still being convenient to the amenities of the main town. 「It’s a real shame to feel a need to leave a negative review as this. I can honestly say that this is the first negative review we have ever left for a hotel so it is not something that we find joy in doing. We travel to similar calibre hotels every month and I can honestly say this was the worst we have ever been to and we wouldn’t recommend spending your money going here. 「Trevlig och hjälpsam personal och god frukost! Men extremt lyhört och svårt att få upp värmen i rummet. 」

「Det var som att bo i en plåtlåda bredvid en motorväg. Det fanns inga skydd mot myggor och det var hål mellan väggar och tak. Duschen fungerade väldigt dåligt. Bilderna ljuger en del om stället. Fina vyer men poolen smutsig. 」

Expect a slight slope in the floor, and don't forget to close the windows before you go to bed as the monkeys are sneaky and will steal any fruit that you leave on the dining table. A fun night.
