"Computer down-took almost 45 minutes to check in. Staff nice but very uncertain about what to do. A manager ( heavy set woman) came out and in my opinion was not only unhelpful but somewhat demeaning to the two male staff. "

"A lovely experience. The staff was gracious, helpful and accommodating. Gorgeous views of the mountains! The rooms are clean and very comfortable but slightly dated. The golf course is designed by Donald Ross. It was a history lesson and a place to stay and in one, WE learned quite a bit about how Poland Spring water began. We will be going back again."
