"What a lovely location and quiet place to stay after a day in Cradle mountain NP. So close you can go in the park early before shuttle starts. There are few hotels available so we picked this one and are not disappointed. Price is on a high side but expected. Dinner need reservation if you want to be in the dining room but food is good. Breakfast buffet is superb with choices of both hot and cold. Unusual to have balsamic stir fry spinach and mushroom in addition to the usual. Nice to have Chia pudding and 2 types of yogurt and fresh fruits. The free laundry with detergents at the counter is unexpected and a plus. Only 2 washers and 2 dryers so you need to get in the queue and start asap when you get in. Overall very happy with the place. "

"No issues with after hours check-in and the staff was super friendly when I called to request the late check-in. Very clean room, Nespresso coffee machine with complimentary pods, tea, instant coffee, and everything you really need for short stay. Off-site parking available as well."
