That said, the service is excellent and the place itself is wonderful. The concierge system, in my opinion, could benefit from some improvement to be a bit more efficient. Overall, it is a very beautiful hotel, and the staff are extremely kind — especially the ski staff, who are particularly lovely."

"Room was very small with a convertible bed which took 2 minutes to find. When converted, the bottom board protruded out to hurt your feet walking around it. Totally hazardous. "
