"The young lady working the front desk when we checked in was wonderful! Breakfast was delicious. The gentleman who was in charge of breakfast and cleanup did an amazing job and our kids just loved him. He was so nice. The couch in the lobby was all ripped up and the foam of the cushions was exposed so I didn’t feel super clean sitting on it with our group we were traveling with. The pool and hot tub were freezing. We asked front desk if they could turn the heater on. The person working that day told us there is no heater for either, but the very next day it was turned on and the pool and hot tub were both warm. The room was nice. Just a couple of fraying spots on the carpet and I found some trash from previous guests under our bed. The bed itself was very comfortable. Overall we would stay here again "

"Breakfast bar was great. Staff friendly, helpful and pleasant. Hotel, rooms, etc clean and nice. Parking lot very good. My only issue was that the room was way too light in spite of closing all shades and all lights off. I think hotels need to be mindful of people being able to sleep in darkness as we should do for restful sleep. I didn't sleep well at all for the two nights and I plan to make sure to stay in hotels that promise to provide dark rooms in the future."

"The “heated pool was ice cold. Too cold to use. The coffee maker was not compatible with the pods. I had to hold the lid down forcibly the entire brewing time because it would pop up and kick off. Check in line was huge and only one person working on a Friday afternoon! No meat at breakfast! Elevator floors were dirty including a used plastic glove on the floor both days. If using stairs to go to a relative’s room on first floor I had to exit the building and then re-enter."
