"My stay was one overnight. I found all staff to be extremely pleasant and hospitable until my morning breakfast. At breakfast, the attendant approached me at the buffet and yelled no. He made me use another pair of tongs to pick up a piece of sausage then I had previously used in the same chafing dish with potatoes. "

I had prepaid for a king sweet and got a double with soggy wet carpet. The manager has reached out saying they will refund my money and take the room out of circulation until properly fix. Ide like to know how room service didnt notice it...did they actually clean the room?"
