"The staff was the best thing at this place. Check in and out staff were both very friendly and it was a breeze. Everything else was not. The room had dirty sheets, hair in tub, bugs crawling on floor, mold in shower. It was unsatisfactory and definitely not like the pictures. "

"Everything about this property was terrible. The room and bathroom were filthy, the bath was disgusting and taking a shower was very dangerous. Towels were threadbare and bedding had not been changed and had dried blood on the sheet. My suggestion to Hotels.com is that they should remove this establishment from their list of hotels. "

"We stayed over night here and there were white cockroaches in the room. They also had stains on the sheets that looked like someone had the Hershey squirts."

"We were so pleased with this hotel. The hotel is only 2 years old & was very clean & the bed was comfortable. Staff was really nice."

"Currently under renovation. Lobby is torn apart. We always stay in Tru hotels but the mattress at this one was very uncomfortable. No conditioner in the shower."
