"We like the location because we have family living nearby and my kids love the pool. However, on this occasion, the pool gate was locked even though the posted sign's hours stated it would be open. "Well maintained. Breakfast was great and the pool was enjoyed by the entire family. Only thing upsetting was the fact that they charged us $25 dollars to check in at 2:00 pm. If the room is ready there is no cost involved in letting someone check in early to their room. I think this is just a form of gouging people. Other hotels allow this without being charged."
