「Great place to stay in Westport! The room was a great size considering it only slept two people. The bathroom seemed recently updated and was very nice (especially the shower). The location was great for exploring the town and being close to pubs, restaurants, and activities. They had a nice living room type area downstairs to sit, but no additional amenities.」

「I liked the staff. They were helpful. However, one of the reasons I booked this hotel was for the spa. Unfortunately, I didn’t arrive to the hotel and get checked in until about 7:15 or 7:30. I immediately went to the spa for a soak and sauna but discovered it closed at 8:00. I couldn’t use the pool as I didn't have a bathing cap. I could use the hot tub but half the jets didn’t work. 「Staff were excellent, had an issue with room heating, health with it quickly and efficiently, no issues. I think it's equally important to rate a hotel not just on how well it runs but also how it handles any issues should they crop up. Would be happy to return on my next visit. 」

「The Staff were nice. The breakfasts were excellent! The room was super spacious. Water, coffee, tea and cookie snacks always offered in room. King size bed was good. Nice property on a lakeside view. Nice bar/lounge area. Large and many lounging areas. Spa requires swim caps so bring one! They do sell them €3.50. Hot Tub was in repair stage.
