"My husband and I were on a motorcycle ride. We had planned to stay in Comfort Inn at Mountain Grove. However, a very dangerous storm system arose and we had to cut our trip short to get home safely. We are both seniors and it would be dangerous for us to travel in storm. I called hotel and canceled and asked for their understanding and asked not to be charged as it was a special circumstance. However, they charged us with not even a phone call back. We will not use Comfort Inn in the future."
"second time we stayed here.after this review I will attempt one more stay. 1st stay-breakfast was not provided. stuff was out but the attendant that was supposed to be setting it out was more worried about what was on her cell phone and sitting at the front counter than restocking the food. Milk was not even lukewarm, it was hotter than that. would not be big problem but with nothing else to eat or pancake mix or syurp for waffels, there was nothing else to eat and had to spend extra money for something we paid for in the cost of staying there.
2nd stay----all the same issues but worse. morning attendant has no care in the world. Night attendant, Cody I believe was exceptional. If there was a issue he attempted to fix it.
Now the biggest problem. Towels, Towels and Towels. for a family of 5 in one room we had 2 towels for everyone to shower and dry at pool because they did not have enough for rooms much less for the pool. wish I would of took my own towels to shower with. thought this was a nice hotel other than what they offer is not very honest. there are some smaller things as well, but not worth worring about."
"This hotel is one of the best we've ever stayed in. The front desk staff were very professional. The lobby was very welcoming. Our room was immaculate as was the bathroom.
The breakfast was much better than most we have had. The coffee was hot and delicious!
We wish all Comfort Inns met these standards. We also received a 10% discount at the restaurant next door for staying at the Comfort Inn."
"The room was a check-in self check-in. No one was at the location outside. Everything appeared fine. Drove back to the back where our room was and unfortunately that’s where it went south. Three or four guys back there with theor room doors open hanging over the balconies. Looking at them and theirs rooms as we walked by them they looked to be long time renters. We went ahead and looked at the room and just felt unsafe. So I called to off site attendant and told her we would not be staying.
Totally a bad choice"
