「Clean room」

「Clean room loved the stay」

「Very good hotel 」

「Booked through a third party website for 2 nights. Called ahead and notified hotel staff we would not be arriving for the first night. Was told to proceed to the hotel as planned for the second night. Upon arrival I was told they no longer had my reservation, that their staff had incorrectly only checked me in for 1 night. The hotel staffs error yet they would not honor my reservation for the second night and made me pay for the night a second time. Zero customer service was offered even though...

「I was satisfied with my stay.」

「It went well」

「The owners of the facility were not likable ppl , they locked me out of my room before checkout time, they gave me another key to get back in, and get my belongings, it’s just the rude nonchalant attitude and behavior They very firm about giving you Rags and towels to use daily, They need to do better」

「Manager and staff were all very inviting and helpful!」

「非常好的酒店，很喜欢，物超所值」

「Nice」

「There was construction going on around the building. It was very difficult finding our way back to the hotel. They have a hot tub, but it was not running.」
