"I've stayed at this hotel many times. The staff has always been pleasant and helpful. However, during my most recent stay, I believe ownership changed hands. Oh my gosh, everything got instantly better, cleaner, nicer. Kudos to He is working so hard, and always with a pleasant smile. Really, he's the hardest working, nicest guy I've ever met."
