I always have a great experience here but I have dealt with Liz at the front desk 2 times now and she is always so rude to me. The last time I checked out I was not greeted, acknowledged or even looked in the eyes. I enjoyed my stay. I came down from Ontario California to stay in Sacramento and this hotel provided with an excellent location. Very close to shops and restaurants. If I go out there again I promise I will book with the Marriott.

I was disappointed in the way the room fees and incidental fee was not explained and then not being told we have to pay for parking so just things that were no disclosed till right at payment time and also there was alot of marajuana smell the whole time and that was annoying.

Awesome more like an apartment than a hotel- spacious 2 bedroom suite with kitchen, fridge, utensils, stove and 3 TVs! The hot tub is awesome especially when it is cold outside. Breakfast is also very good.
