「There was a “kiosk “ attendant virtually to check in and fix the room card. We stayed 3 nights and had NO HOUSEKEEPING the entire time. Room key had to be fixed every night. NO STAFF ON SITE! had to wait until the next day to just get a blow dryer that should have been in the room to begin with. No staff is horrible. The Virtual attendant was clearly in another country」

「The cleanliness of this hotel was phenomenal! All of the staff were exceptionally polite and courteous. Special kudos to "Savannah" who answered my first call to the hotel, and proceeded to help me with any requests we had after arriving. This hotel is the first one I have ever experienced that offered requests via text messages! The pool was a bit cool at first but my daughter said she felt warmer the longer she was in there.
