HOTEL INEXISTENTE, PROPIEDAD ABANDONADA

EL HOTEL ES UN EDIFICIO ABANDONADO, NO ESTA EN SERVICIO AL PÚBLICO. Que falta de profesionalismo de HOTELES. COM, por que ofrecen estancia en un lugar ya cerrado y en ruinas? Tuve que buscar hospedaje en otro hotel. Cómo se va a arreglar el inconveniente que me causaron? Cómo volver a confiar en sud ofertas??? Quedo en espera de sus comentarios.

Very disappointing

Very disappointing, the pictures on website did not match actual hotel. Our family booked 3 king rooms and 1 double room for 2 nights. We ended up with 4 double rooms. One of the pools was green full of algae and not usable. One room the tv did not work and shower was broken. Front desk sent maintenance man to fix the shower issues. However, maintenance did not fix the issue so family members in that room took showers in our room. Another room lacked toiletries essentials no toilet tissue and no towels of any kind. We called front desk to resolve bathroom essentials and nothing happened until the following morning, in the meantime family members helped with bathroom essentials. Unfortunately our stay was not pleasant and very disappointing.

Nice pictures of the hotel but very old. The property is falling into total disrepair. Some rooms have broken windows and entire sections have trash blown up on the sides of the building. My first room looked fine until I visited the bathroom where someone had vomited all over the toilet seat. Second room looked fine but I saw trash in the garbage cans and the towels looked use on the rack. When I pulled back the covers on the bed there was a bath towel under the top sheet. The heater stopped working within and hour and the TV never worked.

Just right for the price

Ok... if your looking for high class & 10 star experience, this isnt the place. If your needing a place to stay the night & cheap, this place is just fine. Even though it is an older hotel, it has everything you would need. The beds were comfy enough, rooms clean, hot water. There is frig, microwave, coffee, iron, ....... for us this place was just fine. We were in town to spend time with family & go across the boarder to do some shoping & fun. The pool area is very nice but it was to cold to go for a dip. Unfortunately we were unable to do the breakfast(dam covid). AC worked great for the room & didnt give off any wierd smells. Staff for us were friendly enough & at times were very accommodating. I would recommend you bring a blanket. Their version is really just a thick sheet. The rooms are VERY spacious. Like i said, if you need a place to rest your head & take a load after being out shopping & having fun, then this place is really good. Especially at the low rate.

I stayed at the Palm Aire , i was so disappointed in my stay, the room was fine, but they AC was so loud i had to use cotton in my ears. The next morning i went to take a shower, there was NO hot water. I went to the front dest, he showed me 2 other rooms, still no hot water. He said the water heater must be out. I had to go another hotel.. I will not stay there ever again. I have stayed there several years before. This pandemic has really hurt this facility.

Customer service was terrible. They could care less. Our group was basically the only ones in hotel. It’s on its last leg. Only stayed there because their pool was open but never again.

Did not look very clean. Hotel is very runned down. Our TV had a big blurry image at one corner. Our bed only had one fitted sheet and thin bedspread. No flat sheet or blanket. Toilet seat completely came off the toilet. Housekeeping only made up one bed instead of both. The first night there was only 2 bath towels no hand or washcloths. No phone in the room to call front desk had to be using our personal phone and go through automated system which was annoying. Would not stay there again.

Mejor busca otro hotel

Primer en primer lugar yo hice una reservación para 2 cuartos y cuando llegue allí sale de que ustedes hotelS.com no les habían comunicado que eran 2 cuartos sólo uno Pero el muchacho que nos atendió para hacer el check in Logro Dar otro cuarto que estaba disponible, como segundo lugar cuando llegué al establecimiento el precio me lo habían cambiado y me lo querían cobrar más caro pero después de estar discutiendo con el muchacho de que tendrían que haber un error entonces me logró dar el precio que se había acordado, tercer lugar el cuarto estaba decorado con un decorado viejo, La internet no funcionaba porque nunca me agarró servicio en mi teléfono el Wi-Fi y para finalizar ofrecía un desayuno gratis que es lo que decían cuando agarre el cuarto pero al llegar al lugar dijeron que no había ningún desayuno incluido y no ofrecían desayuno en ese lugar.

Broken light fixtures the water was barely trickling out of the faucet spiders and webs on the corner of the shower a blood stain on the white sheets the top blanket looked dirty. I would not book there again the outside looked like the Gardner was on strike for the last 6 months shrubs looked horrible. Graffiti written inside the closet with a crayon. This place needs lots of help.

Once upon arrival, check in and finding room was easy and fast ,property was a little dark i thought as far as parking lot and such , room was clean and good size the only negative about the room is that the deadbolt was missing had a little trouble connecting to wifi but it worked , breakfast was not available due to the pandemic, pool is nice very good size room was good for what we paid for

The room was dirty, no toilet paper, told “we have plenty in the front”, look like it hadn’t been vacuumed rented a king got two queens. That I didn’t need. The water was either freezing or scolding.

i can’t believe I took my family here

It was like a horror movie.... I’m from Weslaco and I remember this place being a great place ... the worst Hotel my family have stayed in not to mentioned that the website stated breakfast available but when I checked in they stated it won’t be served. Microwave didn’t work iron didn’t work the pool was so dirty... Never again

It was nice. Hope they are able to fully restored the buildings. The pool was beautiful. The included breakfast was the best we ever had and we stay at a quite a few places as we love making memories traveling with our family. Plus our business calls for stays.

The room was upstairs and my mother had a hard time climbing the stairs. The room stunk like old cigarette smoke in carpet. The fridge did not work. We were brought another and it did not work. Old comforter old carpet. Mold in tub. I paid for breakfast and we saw roaches crawling on the counter when we went to serve our plates. We went to McDonalds.That was our last stay there! I asked for my breakfast money back and since I booked through Expedia they would not give it to me.
