Front desk was under staffed, door lock wasn't working had to make 3 trips to get another room. Toilet tank overflowing. A/C fan didn't have auto option and was blowing non stop

Staff was unfriendly. We requested extra towels as there was only two in the room and they left us waiting for the towels until we had to go request them again. Room was not cleaned for three days even though we asked for them not to forget since they hadn’t cleaned our room. When they finally did clean our room they forgot to leave towels again.
I wanted to personally reach out to you regarding your latest stay, I do Apologize, most of my morning stuff are new and are currently training, Although your feedback is extremely important to us, and we take it very seriously we strive to provide exceptional service to all our guests, and it is disheartening to learn that we fell short of your expectations. Stayed for 6 nights, they have a sign stating that you get housekeeping every 3rd day. After the the 4 day I asked for clean towels, and shampoo and bar soap. We got back after being gone for 12 hours, and our dirty towels were still on the counter. Went to the front desk and the young man went and got us 2 bath towels. The next morning I spoke to the same person as the previous morning, and the manager heard and had him give me the items requested the previous day.
They also have a signage in the room stating they only change bedding and clean the room every 5 days.
Nice place and close to a lot of restaurants, the mall, etc. Staff is super friendly and the breakfast, although small was well spread. Good coffee, great staff and great location, what more do you need?
