「It's understandable this is an extended stay type place and overall it was nice, the courtyard with the grills were really a good addition but it is in need of a good touch up. Chairs and couches are worn and in need of repairs, drawer missing in kitchen, little things like that. Comfortable beds, kitchen was a good addition, overall pretty clean.」

「From the moment I got there, the staff was very helpful.The young man behind the desk understood that I had diabetes and made sure to put me on the first floor closest to the office. The rooms are not perfect, but they're very good for what you need very comfortable.And I felt very safe. The staff of the morning at checkout was very kind. 「While staying at the loft is always nice and the rooms are great, 303 had a strange smell, we bought a candle to mask it. Also New pillows would be nice, those were so flat. 」

「Don't overlook this one. With fresh renovations and a convenient bar/restaurant on site, it truly feels upscale. The rooms are average, but freshly updated and so quiet. The staff is all lovely and the pool area seemed very nice though I did not come prepared to swim. Sadly, I would likely never find myself in Statesville again, but I'm very happy that I chose this Sonesta Select. I was not traveling with my pup this time, but they seem very pet-friendly without sacrificing the clean feel.」

「Staff told me I had to vacate the area because my son was too loud and the room was a mess. I was told it was extensive cleaning needed, however wet toilet paper can be swept up. I don’t mind paying the incidental fee, that was actually $250, but staff said it was $200. What I mind was being told this at 8pm. Could have called or contacted me prior to the evening.
