Feels more like a motel rather than a hotel. The service was okay - not very refined/professional but responsive. The pool area is small but pretty. The parking lot is detached, maybe a block away. The walk to it wasn't very pleasant especially at night - felt a bit shady. You could find street parking closer to the hotel though. The room itself was decently clean. Our sheets had what it seemed to be permanent stains (though they were washed clean).

Great stay!

This is my second stay at the Experience Hotel and I really enjoyed both visits. The hotel is well kept up and clean. It’s also quiet and relaxing since it us for adults only. I do wish the roof bar was opened on the nights u was there because I live having a drink and enjoying the sunset. I had breakfast there all three days and it was delicious! Service is excellent!!

Great getaway for adults

This is a great place to stay if you don't mind not being located directly on the beach. The ambiance is wonderful and most people here speak English, which is great for non-Spanish speakers like myself. The restaurant serves delicious breakfast, lunch, and dinner. There is a tiled pool on the bottom floor and two small pools with a great view on the rooftop bar. If you are an adult looking for a peaceful atmosphere without kids running around, then this is the perfect place for you to stay in Mazatlan.

Great Adult stay

Great place to stay if you don’t care about beachfront. The Ambiance is great and pretty much everybody understands English for the non Spanish speakers like me. The restaurant have great breakfast, lunch and dinner. There is a tiled pool on the bottom floor, at the roof top bar they have two small pools with a great view. If you are adult and don’t want to have kids running around than this is the place to be in Mazatlan.

Place has great location and a lot of potential. Property needs a little love. Staff is mixed and unclear. Check in was off at first and took a good 10-15 minutes to check us in. Valet staff was great.

Showers were cold, there were a couple of bugs in the room, staff spoke Spanish and had to get the one that spoke English to interpret. On the plus side, the fish tacos in the restaurant were amazing.

Room was nice, I was a little surprised there was no dresser or closet but that's on me for not reading the details closely and we managed just fine without. AC worked very well it was super convenient having a remote! Staff were lovely and very helpful. Food in the restaurant was great and fresh 😁

Staff were extremely helpful, from asking for water or towels or calling us a taxi, they were always quickly able to help. The room was comfy and the AC worked very well. Lots of shower pressure. Will definitely come back
