「The check in personnel was inadequately trained and had to phone someone to help check me in. The room I booked wasn't available, and the only ones they had were not clean (@ 10:30 pm at night, seems someone wasn't doing their job that day). I was offered a lessor room, and since I had been driving for 5 hours to get here, I needed a room. They didn't offer to compensate me for the difference or even suggest any future comps on my next stay. 」

「The area is rural in Georgia. Room was not as clean as it could have been. Dirt in the corners and along the bathroom floor. Tub was not clean. Our wash cloths were stained with black marks. The wall by the toilet had brown marks on them. We stayed three nights to be close to our daughter who had moved there last year. We booked online because we were not familiar with the area. 「Clean, Friendly staff, pet friendly 」

「Some of the Breakfast wasn’t good at all and some of it was good. Whatever that egg thing was on the first day had me not feeling good afterward. I like real meat and real eggs」
