"We were escorted in on the red carpet and literally treated like rockstars. We had Star class which I definitely recommend. We booked transfers and an excursion through the hotel. When we arrived we booked a spa treatment with Princess, it was great experience. In general loved the property it gave cruise ship vibes on land. Lots of activities or peace and quiet, whatever you’re into. "

"Awesome experience. Great clean impressive hotel. Staff was very attentive. Love that the beach access few steps away and also the grounds were secure from outsiders. The room was impeccable. The restaruant service and food was above and beyond from my expectations. Definitely would return here for a peaceful getaway. I never had to go in town since everything and anything was available. This is definitely what a getaway vacation should be be."

"Our room was very clean and nice. We enjoyed listening to the birds and having a cup of coffee on our deck before going for breakfast. We were unable to walk to brkfst or dinner at Jaguar because my husband was experiencing severe back and leg pain. There are so many activities to enjoy there! Jarvis kindly picked us up each morning and returned us to our cabin. He was wonderful. Everyone was so nice. Victor always made us feel special and always had a smile on his face. Lies went out of her way to help us our entire stay. We feel we've made new friends. Others that were helpful and kind were Arturo and Bismark. Buena Vista Del Rincon is a special resort with magnificent views and so much to offer. We wish we'd been physically able to enjoy them more. We'll be back. "

"The stay was amazing. We were there for 9 days, and the staff were just so accomodating. The inner courtyard was beautifully done with fruit trees, and pools. Poolside seating was comfortable and quiet with every opportunity for shade or sun throughout the day. The attached restaurant made great food in huge portions and the sangrias were splendid. The local fruit is just so good. "
