「I called the hotel several times about a bag I left in the hotel. Unfortunately the calls were not picked up.」

「Employee was on his earpiece talking on the phone the whole time I was checking in. The walkways outside the rooms are completely filthy. The room was an oven when I entered and took close to 3 hours for the AC to cool it down. Carpet had multiple stains and major dust. Bath tub had cigarette burns even though the room is supposed to be non smoking.」

「The staff were friendly and welcoming, the rooms were clean and tidy, and the overall decor and attention to detail were superb. I would definitely stay here again.」
