「Great place to stay for Bonnaroo」

「Only gave them 4 stars on property issues because they are in the process of renovating after a water pipe break earlier this year. This place still looks good but will look even better once they have their renovations / updates completed.」

「Spiders in the tub and bathroom Bugs climbing on the bathroom floor Breakfast was not fresh No lighting in the pool area when I questioned the service desk I was told they were having trouble and they do not work The lower hall floor is very unlevel to walk on Definitely not nowhere near four star we will not stay there again」

「Extremely overpriced due the a local event that we did not attend. $330 for a $40 room at best. Property and room were very outdated and dirty. Furnishings were beat up and vintage to say the least. Several patrons sitting in front of their rooms on lawn chairs drinking and talking loud at late hours. We turned down the free gas station quality breakfast. Would never stay there again, nor would i ever recommend it.」

「The rooms were very clean the water pressure and the hot water in the shower was wonderful The facility itself was very clean and neat The room was well maintained all things functioned well microwave refrigerator only thing that was odd to me was there was not a coffee maker so we had to go out for coffee each morning.. but I enjoyed my stay and if we go back we will go there again. 「This place needs a complete overhaul. Worst accommodations I’ve ever stayed in. I had to keep my shoes on in the room because our socks were black for how dirty it was. The bathroom was falling apart. The drain in the sink was clogged. The shower was decrepit. There was a 2inch gap from the floor to where our exterior door started, we had to stuff a towel under it so nothing would come inside the room. Just absolutely terrible. For $500+ dollars, and the hotel calling themselves “luxury”, the...

「Staff was very rude! Booked on line for 2 adults, just so happens that it took staff 15 minutes to "find" my reservation and somehow on the managers phone it showed only 1 adult. Had to pay an additional $11.00. Manager complained to us that he makes no money when rooms are booked through Expedia! Not the customers problem. Room was dark and dingy. There was not enough towels in the room. Roll of toilet paper was almost empty, no Kleenex. Would never stay again or recommend this hotel to...

「The room was very spacious, I loved the vintage looking shower. Water pressure was good and hot water was consistent. Didn't find an ice machine but that is all I was missing because the sweet old man who I think owns it made sure we were taken care of!!! He even brought us a microwave. It was the perfect price and distance to retreat away from working bonnaroo in Manchester」
