Villas in Mawathagama

"Very helpful and sweet staff. Beautiful and peaceful location. A bit out in nowhere, but staff helped to order transportation when we needed to go out "

"My family and I had a fantastic time staying at the Weir House. Our only regret was that we could only stay one. From the patio of the house, we could hear the rapids of the river and surrounded by verdant forest. Staying here truly was a highlight of our Sri Lanka trip. Mr. Maha, the manager was so very helpful, including assisting us to book a hotel in Kandi when it turned out that the place we originally booked was a huge disappointment. He even arranged 2 tuk tuks to take us to the...

"Tolles Hotel mit netten und hilfbereiten Mitarbeiterin. Hatten sogar Glück und haben ein Upgrade auf ein besseres Zimmer bekommen und deswegen den wunderschönen Blick."

"We loved our stay at Kandy Shady Trees thanks to the very welcoming and accommodating nature of our hosts. The room we stayed in was large and very comfortable and breakfast was fresh and substantial. The location is up a steep hill (we took a tuk tuk up and down it) but could be walked. Views from the property were great and it was in close proximity to central Kandy and many worth visiting sites. Our host also accommodated us by driving us to local sites for a very reasonable fee. He was...

"Obs! Boka inte detta boende via hotels.com! Det finns ingen förbindelse mellan hotels.com och hotellet. Vi betalade - och fick inga pengar tillbaka - trots att vår reservation inte noterades i personalens system."

"Let me start with the good points since there are very few : the look of the room - beautiful Now the rest, I’m an experience traveller and experienced in hospitality and I am ensuring that this hotel can charge such a high price or the poor service provided : - we cannot driving ourselves and it’s been impossible to find the hotel : the pin location is not accurate (the hotel is located almost an hour from kandy im the countryside) and there are no sign anywhere to indicate the right...

"Superbe hotel. Nous avons vécue un rêve avec une vue incroyable. La famille est formidable. Je conseille a tout le monde cet hotel."

"nos sorprendió mucho que no haya ac considerando el precio que cobran. deberíamos haberlo sabido antes de confirmar la reservación"

"Utroligt stort og flot værelse og rart personale dog skal man tænke på det ligger i bjergene og der er langt der op"

"We had an incredible stay at Rusty Bunk Villa, which comfortably accommodated our group of six. The apartment was beautifully designed, immaculately clean, and spacious with three bedrooms, making it a perfect mountain retreat for a larger group. The mountain view from the property is breathtaking, making mornings truly special. The fully equipped kitchen allowed us to enjoy home-cooked meals while being just a 5-minute drive from Kandy town for city exploration. The host was exceptionally...

"An absolutely wonderful place! The house is beautiful, cozy, spotlessly clean, and filled with a warm, welcoming atmosphere. The breakfasts were outstanding: fresh, delicious, and prepared with great care. The beds were extremely comfortable, and the bedding was impeccably clean, making our stay exceptionally relaxing. We traveled as a family of 2 adults and 2 children, and the accommodation was absolutely perfect for us. The house is conveniently located just 10 minutes from the city center....

"Clean and extremely comfortable stay. The housekeepers were very accommodating. Whipped up a scrumptious dinner at short notice. Stunning pool. Would stay here again but must remember to bring essentials like coffee, tea and shampoo. "

"Our family of 5 arrived at the villa at 630pm tired and hoping for a good night rest. Pressed the bell and knocked on the door before someone came down from the villa. Realised they werent aware there is a booking for the night's stay! We had to wait for a good one hour before that poor caretaker sort out the stay wt the owner for our booking and then cleaned the rooms. No service recovery and no apologies by the owner at all. Utterly disappointed! "
