Arrived at 9.30 pm and the place was in virtually total darkness, nobody around. Notice on window of Reception gave two numbers both unavaiable After 1 hour standing in the cold with my wife and thre - finally a mini bus arrived and the guy - took our money and let us into our room

Réveillés vers minuit par une alarme incendie + "girophare" dans la chambre. Il a fallu attendre plusieurs minutes avant que l'alarme ne soit coupée. Hôtel plutôt bruyant, manque la restauration quand on est de passage. Accueil très limité, vous payez, vous récupérez vos clés et fin de la conservation.

The room was FREEZING and took a really long time to heat up, and never really got to a comfortable temperature. The flooring was hard and cold... and there was a “charming” port-style window in the bathroom door! For a quick night when we needed to be close to the airport, it was fine though. The woman at the desk was lovely and very friendly, making sure we had everything we needed.

EXTRÊMEMENT DÉCEVANT - REÇU COMME UN NUMÉRO

Bonjour, Arrivée en taxi à 21 h15, le portail est fermé. Personne durant 35 minutes: 2 degrés ,j ai super froid ! Je dois attendre gelée dehors ... Je suis enfin accueillie par le pauvre Monsieur qui fait et la réception et la navette ( qu’elle honte de ne pas avoir un réceptionniste et une personne pour la navette ) . Ce dernier ne s’excusera même pas , mais me réclame bien 10€ pour la navette le lendemain matin 6 h. Ma chambre est glaciale ( pas préchauffée du tout ). Dehors il fait 2 degrés je vous le rappelle ; je l’ai vu afficher sur le tableau de bord du taxi .... La TV ne fonctionne pas ( je vais le signaler et on me dit “ il suffit d’appuyer sur le bouton “ ( sauf que le bouton est enfoncé et donc cassé). Personne ne se déplace . Le tapis de ma salle de bain est vraiment sale ( photos a l’appui) et ménage fortement à désirer.... J ai moi même tenu un hôtel Kyriad durant 25 ans ... et jamais je n’aurais osé recevoir ainsi mes clients! Et en cas de problème, je trouvais toujours une solution pour satisfaire mon client ! Ou un remboursement partiel .... Mais dans tous les cas, je me faisais un devoir de ne JAMAIS laisser partir un client mécontent ! Devoir payer 101,14€ cette nuit me semble vraiment pas à la hauteur d’un 3 étoiles ( même si ce week-end là il y avait un congrès à côté)

Le personnel est top mais manque de propreté dans les chambres .le plafond de la salle de bain couvert d humidité .l agent d entretien a ouvert notre chambre 2fois alors que nous dormions et il n était pas 8h ..bref très déçu

La persona que responde al teléfono no es seria. El acuerdo fue que el pasajero debería llamar al llegar al aeropuerto para recogerla, pero nunca contestaron y la chica tuvo que dormir en el aeropuerto. Qué hacer para el reintegro del dinero pagado en el momento de la reserva?

Hôtel très vétuste

La première chambre les draps n’étaient pas changer.le lit était fait avec des draps déjà utilisés. La chambre n’était pas propres. Deux draps ont servis de housses de couette. Il y avait ni savon,ni shampoing la qualité laissez désirer. Franchement l’hôtel est vétuste.

Mold on multiple walls Could not breathe in room from poor air quality Windows were only air into room and 4’ wide 4 feet high and easily accessible for thieves while open with no safety’s or bars to protect guests. Gate at front was very difficult to get in also could not leave and open gate easily. Felt trapped in compound. It felt like a sex traffic ring, with many dirtbag looking men wandering around the compound on their phones. I will never go to this place again as long as I want to keep my family safe! Jesse N

Super nice staff. The staff was very cooperative and helped us arrange for a tour in Paris at very reasonable price. The hotel is close to the airport and surrounded by security gate which makes it safe. The only draw back of the room was the abscence of air conditioning.

Horrible experience with no facilities for family

We arrived at 11pm to a locked gate and the phone number went to voicemail. Fortunately someone was leaving so the gate opened and everything was pitch dark. The reception was closed and locked. On the wall was a note with two phone numbers, one went to voicemail and the mobile number was answered by a non-English speaking person. Eventually he got a English speaking lady who informed us we which room was free and the door was open. There were no facilities in the room for hot drinks, no kettle or cups. With a young family we had no options for food or drinks. We found a processed coffee machine which takes euros and a fizzy drinks and chocolate machine again which needs euro change. The set up is a motel not hotel and we had no options for any refreshments for our family and young children very late at night. Massive disappointment and if it wasn’t for the pure chance of someone leaving the premises we would never have gained entrance or been able to see the emergency numbers taped to the wall. Horrible experience after a 5 hour drive across France!

Accueil très agréable, la gérante est souriante et disponible. Le seul reproche qu'on peut faire c'est la propreté de la chambre (toiles d'araignées, insectes écrasés sur les murs et plafonds, des tâches bizarres un peu partout y compris dans la salle de bain ). Pour le petit déjeuner, la vaisselle était sale .

Chambre très salle

La propreté de la chambre laisse à désirer. Infesté de fourmis , sous le lit de la saleté de plusieurs jours, personne ne peut Se laver dans une douche aussi salle, les murs, les portes très salles! Nous n’avons pas pu enlever nos chaussure à cause des fourmis .

À part la personne qui tient l'accueil, un pur désastre. Humidité dans la chambre, rien a proximité, seul resto : une livraison de pizza ou des distributeurs de friandises. Même pour une nuit, je ne recommande pas.
