"The hotel is situated on dirt roads and is close to nothing. The rooms had dead bugs and it seemed unkept. Our reservation included free airport pickup and free breakfast. However, we had to pay for transfer and no free breakfast. According to the hostess, we paid a special rate and it did not include those items. "Slightly confusing entrance as the hotel is currently under renovation, and fewer rooms were available with the construction works (we were told it will be fully open at the start of May). However the restaurant and small pool were both open. The location is outside the main town but it was nice to feel away from that. The garden rooms were spacious and clean. Breakfast was very good. The staff were fantastic; helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Dinner was delicious, I highly recommend the fillet steak with mushroom sauce! I’d definitely come back here if I were ever in Maun again, especially after the renovation. "
